How to Use This Scientific Calculator
- For everyday calculations, stay in COMP mode: click number and operator buttons, or click the display and type on your keyboard.
- Use SHIFT for inverse trig, inverse hyperbolic, and inverse log functions, and the DEG/RAD button to switch angle modes.
- Use STO and the VAR button to save results into memory variables A through F, and RCL to bring a stored value back into your expression.
- Press = to calculate. Results that simplify to a clean fraction are shown automatically underneath the decimal answer.
- Switch to STAT mode to enter a list of data points and compute averages, standard deviation, or a full linear regression line.
- Switch to EQN mode to solve a system of two linear equations, or a quadratic equation, by entering the coefficients and pressing Solve.
- Click any history entry to reuse that result, or use the Ans button to reuse your last answer.

Yes. When a decimal result simplifies to a clean fraction, such as 0.5 or 0.333, the calculator automatically shows the equivalent a/b form beneath the decimal answer.
How do nCr and nPr work?
Enter nCr(n,r) for combinations or nPr(n,r) for permutations, using a comma between the two values, and press = to calculate.
How do the memory variables work?
This calculator has six memory slots, A through F. Use the VAR button to choose the active slot, STO to save your current result into it, and RCL to bring that value back into an expression.
What can I do in STAT mode?
